Pozz,koristim zasad whey i glukozu pa se mislim uzeti i kreatin radi povecanja volumena,snage..Jel ga koristi netko od forumasa pa da mi da neki savjet u vezi njega.Imam 18god,70 kg.
Mislio sam napraviti fazu punjenja pa onda odrzavanje.Smile

koristiga ga puno forumasa i mislin da ima tema di je sve lipo objasnjeno o tome,pa malo procitaj pa pitaj ako jos sta nije jasnoWink

Ima li stete u kombiniranju kofeina i kreatina?

Inace znam popit kavu sat vremena prije treninga, a 5g kreatina neposredno prije pocetka treninga.

Teorije kažu da se kreatin u mješavini sa kofeinom pretvara u kreatinin.

sigurno nece misat kreatin u kaviWink ja san porije isto tako na to gleda a sad me nije toliko briga,ne zamaran se nepotrebno,ako pijen kreatin onda sat vrimena prije nego sta cu ili sat vrimena nakon sta popijen necu pit kavu i to je to,potpuno izbjegavanje mi se cini nepotrebno

onda sta? ako se uzima kreatin nesmi se pit kava ili??
pij kreratin slobodno samo nemoj u isto vrime s kavon,i nastoj ne sat vremena prije i sat poslin,ako neko uzme 5gr prije treninga i 5 gr poslion treninga,sumnjan da ce mu kofein to sve izblokirat

Visok sam oko 183, imam oko 77-78 kg i imam oko 14-15% BodyFat-a.Duze vrijeme vec koristim whey+groždjani i sad sam htio pitati dal bih mogao sad poceti s kreatinom?i ako da koliko i kada bi trebao uzimati?
