uh, pa na malo si ti ugljica to je neki low carb ili cikliranje? pa da, ja kad sam na low carbu radim 1:1 - 30g whey/30 g grozdani. Ali naravno ovisno o cjelokupnom zbroju UH na dan gledam..ako sam u dorucku uzela 50 g UH, a na dan imam 100 g, sigurno necu u PWM uzet 50 g grozdanog šta bi onda kasnije jela od ugljica, kontas, moras prilagodit sebi, nema tu pravila moras uzet ovoliko ili onoliko grama, cilj je da ti glukoza digne inzulin i da protein doputuje gdje treba doputovat al inace su omjeri 1:2 whey/glukoza- vise za masu ili 1:1 za definiciju

idem kupiti danas tu dekstrozu u dm pa kako izgleda ta vrecica i dali piše na njoj dekstroza ili da samo pitam prodavacicu(valjda ce znati šta tražim,da mi ne bi krivo nešto prodala)
