u prilogu od 8.š2.2006.god napredan,tezak i ucinkovit program od marina gujica ne pise koliku pauzu treba praviti izmedju serija i vezbi.koliko tjedana traje trening ?

pa ti mozes radit sam varijacije.. ono je samo jedan primjer.. mozes pauze varirat od 30 do 90 sec.. vjezbe mjenjat svakih mjesec dana.. radit kao superserije.. imas tih varijacija koliko ces..

da si ti zbilja napredan vjerojatno ti nebi trebali savjeti oko tih pauza i trajanja programa ,radje ako si pocetnik pocmi s necim jednostavnijin, jer ako ces odma na teske programe mozes samo riskirat ozljedu

Za pocetak najbolje da radi krug po teretani po svim spravama.. dok malo navikne misice na aktivnost..
