Inace, ne jedem ništa od navedenog (osim kad mi janjetinu serviraju u svadbi pod nos kad od alkohola više ni ne znam šta jedem ), ali moram da me zacudilo kad sam procitala u spisku govedinu....
Preko nekoliko clanaka o bb isticu baš govedinu kad savršen izvor proteina, toliko da neki bb-ovci jedu samo to.... hm.... |

Pa ukoliko neko konzumira peceno meso... nije na odmet znat kako ga zdravije pripremit ! |

Ma svi se mi grozimo "mašcobe"... ali kad je u pitanju priprema hrane... odnosno pecenje mesa... mast je daleko u prednosti u odnosu na ulje!
Em je meso ne upija kod pecenja... daleko bolja termicka svojstva... a nije ni nezdravo... naravno ukoliko je sve u granicama normale no to je vec sasvim individualna stvar... što je i koliko nekom normalno ! |
