š.iskorak sa sipkom iza glave sa ovom vjezbom kod VECEG iskoraka naprijed razvija se gluteus maximus( guzica) dok sa manjim iskorakom naprijed pogadja se qudriceps femoris......................... 2.iskorak sa bucicama sto veci iskorak bolja treniranost gluteusa ,,za ovu vjezbu je potrebno imati dobar balans posto citava tezina pada na prednju nogu,,,da nebi povrijedili koljeno jako je bitno da se u pocetku krene sa laksim tezinama...
