4h pred trening je velika pauza a onda ako uzmes u obzir da imas trening do post work out meala ispadne prevelika pauza u hrani. Imam i ja taj problem al tu smo da korigiramo |

Pitanje je bilo da li je period od 4 sata pred trening velika rupa što se tice ove tjestenine.
Prije treninga svakako ide međuobrok Vidim da cu morati podebljati dorucak i razmisliti o opciji nošenja rucka od doma. |

Meni se previše cini ovo š50g tjestenine u jednom obroku,a onda pak premalo posnog i ovom međuobroku i za veceru, ove 3 jušne žlice zobenih također bi pojacala i ubacila neki obrok sa nekim mesom/ribom i povrcem..... Edited by dalila |
