![]() ![]() Must admit, ako prije napišem ovaj meni zna se zalomit koji keks/cokolada navecer, pogotovo ak je malo laganiji tempo s laganijim namirnicama cili dan. ![]() I ja kako je i Gym za sebe rekla imam bogate porcije povrca. Naravno, ovo su "uzorni" modeli jelovnika, a ono kaj bi bilo not so good pišemo u Ispovjedaonicu, zar ne? ![]() Inace, normalno da vama deckima treba nešto jace. Ustvari, sve cekam da netko od vas decki i napiše neki svoj meni, nije ovo rezervirano samo za cure, makar, ženski meniji su u biti međusobno jedino usporedivi, pa mi je to i zanimljivije za citat. Daj Thorn ti napiši nekaj svoga, cisto da vidimo kako to "mladici" rade. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

k vragu, moj jelovnik je ovog vikenda poremetio jedan zgodan frajer, ali je i dao motivaciju za duže i pojacano treniranje...Pa mu je oprošteno, ovaj put!On ce biti glavni krivac za moj ravni trbuh, a bit ce kad-tad. he he

8:00 kruška , aktivia+30g mjesanih zitarica 10:00 kikiriki u ljusci (oko 40g) 12:00 ta-bo pwm (posni) 14:00 tuna s graskom tikvicama i patlidjanom, juha povrtna 16:00 banana i groždje 19:00 salata + rikota domaca tijekom dana zeleni caj za ze? :)) Edited by Zoki - 08 Listopad 2012 at 18:06 |

ajde nakon dugo vremena i moj post:
7.35. whey ili 2-3 jaja sa žlicom kecapa (da poboljša okus) 10.25 banana 14.35. Moji obroci su do sada izgledali ovako..valjda ne griješim u nicemu
8.30. - kava s natrenom 8.50. - 2 šnite male i tanke integralnog kruha + cca 7 dag purecih prsa š0.00 - mala banana š2.00 - kava s natrenom š2.30. - zrnati sir + 2 šnite male tanke integralnog kruha š3.30. - šljiva Do š7 sati cu pojesti još 2 šljive da izdržim dok dođem do doma s posla ... da li je pametno pojesti neko meso i salatu kad dođem kuci? ![]() jesam li previše jela? Ma kakvi previše! Ja mislim i premalo. Jel tako Gym?
Mislim premalo ce bit ako ne bude vecere. Dapace, pojedi neko kvalitetno meso(nemasno, ala pileca/pureca prsa kuhana/pecena samo ništa panirano i prženo u gomili ulja, teletina od buta, kuhana/prešana šunka) i povrca na razne prihvatljive nacine. Ali, svakako je dobro da imaš međuobroke i da jedeš u pravilnim razmacima tijekom dana, dakle bez izgladnjivanja. Edited by Kate |
