opcenito, svi koji su na "dijetama", a preskacu obroke jako griješe. Razmišljaj ovako- tijelo kada vidi da mu uskracuješ hranu ce se prvo namiriti iz misica nazalost, a masti ce mudro cuvati u slucaju da mora dugo tako prezivljavati (bez hrane). Zato mu ti dajes redovito hranu i tijelo vise nece posezati za misicnom masom kao "hranom" nego ce "jesti" masti (što ti i želiš ). to je ovako slikovito samo se drži i neslusaj sta drugi popuju oko tebe

Slažem se. Dijete - bila, probala, nikad više. ;)
Samo pravilna prehrana i redovita vježba, da sam barem prije znala koliko je jednostavno. :D

Da,u biti svi znamo to negdje u podsvjesti samo se bojim promijena..

Jedno pitanje što se tice kcala. Ja u biti ne želim puno mršavit,samo da što više skinem masti i oblikujem se..Imam 169 cm i 61kg pa me zanima dali i koliko bi trebala bit u deficitu sa kalorijama?

da, trebala bi, naravno. Izracunaj si svoj TDEE i BMR i onda od broja koji dobijes za TDEE oduzmes nekih 15% kcal i to je deficit koji trebas napraviti. Kalkulator za racunanje, evo npr. imas ovdje kalkulator http://www.dijeta.net/BMR-TDEE.htm

Ma meni takvi TDEE kalkulatori ne drze vodu.. ja racunam koliko cu taj dan potrosit kroz trening i to nadodam na bazalni metabolizam..

ma ni potrošnju treninga nemožeš tocno procijeniti. Ništa to nije tocno, samo nek okvirno odredi i onako ce morati na sebi vidjeti koliko kcal je odgovara..

kao okvirno BMR 1396, tdee 2164...ali kako kažete,kroz rad i prehranu najbolje se vide rezultati pa cu pratiti svoje stanje

možeš kreniti s 1700-1800kcal. vidi gubiš li masti na tom broju kcal. Ako ide, držiš toliko, ako ne spustiš za 100kcal pa opet pratiš stanje. Samo nemoj jesti manje od svog BMR-a tj 1400kcal na dan

ma nema na cemu ;) moraš biti svjesna da ovo što davor govori je djelomicno u pravu- ni jedan nije personaliziran nego opcenito i približno odredjuje. Zato je potrebno na sebi isprobati pa vidjeti. No, na pocetko je uvijek bolje krenuti s blagim rezanjem kcal jer ce ono dati rezultate, a pri tome ostaviti prostora za daljnje rezanje kad zašteka tj kad topljenje masti stane (a stati ce jer se tijelo na sve navikne)
