evo ja trenutno radim svoju verziju 40-Day-Workouta Dan John-a. https://www.t-nation.com/training/40-day-program Vjezbe su: Bench Press 2x5 (65 kg)-> trenutna "kilaza" Rack Pulls 2x5 (140) Cucnjevi 2x5 (95) Upright Rows 2x8 (30) Face Pulls 2x15 Reverse Hypers ili Good Morning Farmers Walk 6 rundi (od prilike 30m/runda) (40kg u svakoj ruci) To sve odradim za otprilike sat vremena.
