Danas sam ostao šokiran.Otkad sam poceo vježbati (trcanje i one trim-gym na jarunu) pred 3 tjedna, to je bilo 2-3km, pa odmor, pa tako nekoliko puta. trcao sam u isto vrijeme, slicni vremenski uvijeti (između 6:30-7 pocetak, navecer). danas, prvo š0km u komadu, i da me frend (koji mi se prikljucio na 8-om kilometru) nije zamolio da stanemo mogao sam još. onda malo sklekovi, zgibovi, pa veranje po onim vertikalnim ljestvama jedno pol sata, pa onda 5k do kuce.
pojeo sam 2 cheese plaina, 50g pomfrita i 3 deca kole iz mekdonaldsa :) I inace se prije trcanja nakljukam nekim UH, ali postoji li šansa da je ovaj obrok u znacajnijoj mjeri pomogao danas?

obrok je savrsen. stovise, vidio sam video ronnia colemana kako mrka 2 happy meala prije treninga utezima i dize 20% vece tezine nego inace...
