Prije par dana sam kupila fitness magazin i vidjela sam savrsne vijezbe za tijelo. Program vijebi traje 4 tjedna. Radi se kardio i vijezbe za toniranje. Vijezbe toniranja pon, sri, pet i kardio uto, cet, sub. Prvi tj. 12 do 15 ponavljanja 3 kruga i bilo kakav kardio u trajanju 20 min, drugi tj 15 ili 18 ponavljanja 4 kruga a kardio 35-40 min, treci tj 18 do 20 ponavljanja 5 krugova a kardio 45 minuta, cetrvrti tj 25 do 30 ponavljanja 6 krugova a kardio 60 minuta.
