Najnovija istraživanja su dovela do osmišljavanja dvije ekstremno efikasne vježbe za skidanje sala i nabijanje mišica. Dovoljno je svaku vježbu ponoviti nekoliko puta dnevno da bi se dovelo do zavidne forme. Samo upozoravaju na oprez zbog mogucnosti išcašenja rucnog zgloba.
