kad radim prsa npr.ponediljak radim bench ravni, kosi, kontra kosi ,Razvlacenje na cross spravi,leptir....a drugi ponedilja radim sa bucicama..mozda je problem zbog toga jel dizem veliku kolicinu kg a malo puta mozda da stavljam malo kg vise puta neznam..a sta se tice kemije mora se uzimat bez nje nema rezultata ma ko sta govorija

to je meni cak previse vjezbi za jedan trening prsa, al ozbiljno radje 3-4 vjezbe vise serija al kvalitetno

po meni nepotrebno...sve osim wheya, kreatina i glutamina...al ako hoce, neka, necu se miješat ;) |

kolko kg kolko puta? Pa šta uvijek isti trening radiš - iste vježbe, isti broj serija i ponavljanja? ovo postaje sve samo ne "obrok nakon treninga" Edited by Gym_girl |

evo npr bench pocmen sa š00kg 8 puta i onda stavljam š0kg vise sa 2 puta manje..ne radim uvik iste sprave uvik misen kombiniram za prsa bucice ili bench..tako da cu vjerovatno pojaca 2 puta tjednom prsi i valjda ce bit uspjeha bar malo..jel su meni ruke i ramena prema mom tijelu nenormalno veliko i zbog toga mi se ne vide prsa,,,govru mi da smanjim ruke pa da cemi se vidit onda prsi

jos nesto meni prsa nisu mala nego nisu izbocena dovoljeno da se vise..i da te pitam kad radim ravni i kosi bench jel bolje sipku uvatit uze ili sire

dobar si :) odmah pocneš sa š00? nema zagrijavanja? Jesi probao kad odradit par serija izolacijskih (leptir ili fly) pa onda na bench? Da malo izmoriš prsa da ti se ne desi da ti tricepsi otkažu na benchu prije od prsa pa da ih ne uspiješ pogodit dovoljno..tu ce ti onda i manja težina bit dovoljna na benchu.. Imaš kakvu sliku? što se hvata tice...uskim hvatom pogađaš više tricepse...tako da ti je bolji širi hvat Edited by Gym_girl |

dobro si mi rekla :) da prije bencha radim leptir ili fly moga bi danas tako napravit pa cemo vidit ako dobijen upalu castim picem ;) iman sliku ali bez uvrede nedajem je svakome ;)))
