a ako nema spotera? :) nece triceps preuzet rad, triceps ce samo bit odmoran dok ce se prsa vec aktivirat kod izolacije tako da i u ovom slucaju nece bit potrebna velika kilaža jer su prsa malo izmorena vec - tako da kad triceps otkaže, prsa su vec 2 put odadila svoje - zašto misliš da se prsa nebi dovoljno aktivirala tu? Ja baš mislim da se aktiviraju, i to duplo :) Normalno, to ne znaci da ih se ubije na izolaciji, onda se gubi smisao... :) š-2 serije, cisto da se pogode malo pa na bench.. |

e sad ovo je druga stvar, ti si pocela govoriti o izmoru mišica, kod kojeg slucaja smatram da je bolje onako kako sam rekao (smatram, ali ne kažem da sam š00% u pravu) Ako se naprave 2 serije da se "razbude" prsa, tj dobiju pump, i osjet mind - muscle veze, onda je to druga stvar |

eeee ne ne izmor, nikako cilj i je ne izmorit mišic jer onda kakva korist od bencha ako ga se ne može izvest kako treba :) to sam zaboravila naglasit, istina

onda jeste li se dogovorili sta da radim prvo kad budem radija prsa,,,ja sam jucer napravija prsa i ubija sam ih...odlucija sam 2 puta tjednom radit prsa pa cu sad uzet kemiju i to ce bit to ja mislim

šta nisi vec dosta nakemijan? ono...kreatin, glutamin, whey... ma kog ce ti jarca ti steroidi brate... a što se dogovora tice, procitaj još jednom pa ceš vidit da smo se dogovorili |

da vas pitam jos jel mi se isplati trcat onako malo š5minuti jel nebi volijo izgubit na masi ...a isto tako volijo bi malo da sam u formi jel me kemija izila....penjem se uz skaline od kuce i umorim se od mase

A cuj, dok se radi na masi, po meni je normalno da se uspuses, jer se dobije kilogrami u kratkom roku.. zato je bolje dobit kroz cijelu godinu oko 5 kg, a da kondicija ostane.. Ja preferiram trcanje uvijek.. i to HIIT.. |

heheheh bija sam uzima megamasu 4000 dobija sam š3kg u 3ipo miseca i na to sam odrzava tezinu tako da sam prije nego sta sam uzeja megamasu ima72kg to je bilo prosle god u ovo vrime a sad iman 88kgtako da jos moran 2 kg dobit do lita...jel imas ti koju preporuku da uzmen koji protein malo jaci za masu

vec radim ka izbacivac...nije mi do toga da iman 90kg nego iman osjecaja da mi je ovo malo kg mogu imat i 95 kg jednostavno vidi mi se da iman 88kg ali kako da ti kazem nije to to jos..ako ima koji protein j***s kalorije necu da se sad uprasim nego ocu dobit kvalitetne kilograme pa ako ima neko ko zna da je dobar protein nek mi rece...jel sam sve zivo uzima i neznam sta da vise uzmen
