Zajutrak : š jabuka
Dorucak : š00g žžitarica+0.4 L mlijeka
PWM trening : 20 g whey-a + 35g dekstroze+voda
međuobrok: mahune + raženi kruh
šŠkola : 2 sendivca od purece salame+ u svakoj ementaler sir i kruh je ražženi
Vecer 9h: tuna+š.5 ššnita ražženog+cikla
Zadnji obrok : 80 g posnog+ ššaka lješnjaka

Imam 70 kg i variram, trebam pomoc !
