Sastojci:
  • 8 žlica whey od cokolade
  • š/4 žlicice praška za pecivo
  • 2 žlicice splenda zaslađivaca
  • 4 žlicice mljevenih badema
  • 7 žlica mljevenih zobenih pahuljica
  • 3 žlicice osušenih trešnji
  • š/2 žlicice nezaslađenog kakaa
Dodajte š20ml vode i sve dobro izmješajte, stavite u mikrovalnu bez poklopca na 2 minute pustite da se malo ohladi i dobar tek.

Nutritivna vrijednost 39UH / 39P / 9M

Ovaj recept mi stoji na kompu vec duže vrijeme i nikako da ga probam, ali ja jednostavno neznam napraviti kolac nikad mi ništa nije uspijelo tako da se ne usudim

Gymka pa mislim da tih 4 cajnih žlicica nije puno, ali svakako može i bez toga.

chaxy pojma nemam ja nisam baš na ti s kolacima, taj recept sam iskopao davnih dana i cuvam ga a nikako da isprobam. da staviš u onaj kalup od muffin-a i mislim da na mikrovalki staviš na najviše pošto je 2 min mislim da je neki prosjek mikrovalki 800 - š000W ak se varam nek me neko ispravi.
