cardio treba biti 50 - 60 min nikako manje od 50 cucnjeve možeš raditi sa skokom, to je dovoljno intenzivno, sklekovi isto vjerujem da su ti dovoljan izazov, iskorake možeš s nekim bucicama ako imaš itd its |

inace se slažem ali ako nema vremena bolje i tih 40-45 min nego ništa

Ne bi evica odradila HIIT da ga hebeš
Za š5ak min odradiš kardio i cao, ideš dalje svojim životom. Baš je to prikladno ak nemaš vremena il ti je dosadio LI kardio |

Ma to je ok, jasno mi je, ali i sama je rekla da ne stigne pa je to onda super opcija a ne se mucit s dizanjem ujutro itd. Vec sam to napisao al ne cita.. Tih 45-60min je stvarno trošenje vremena ako se radi o kardiu radi kardia i ima se hrpa obveza. Puno je zanimljivije kad moraš otic obavit nešto i onda ti to posluži kao kardio, u tom slucaju LI je majka. |

ma da,da, kužim te ja, hiit se uvijek može ubacit negdje, ne može se nitko izvuc da nema tih š5-20 min vremena

evo,samo da se javim, uz 2 tjedna redovitog kardia ujutro
5-6x tjedno (isprva 45 min,a od danas 60min!), nakon toga par vježbica poslije dorucka (sklekovi,leđni,..) i tu i tamo orbitreka uz simpsone predvecer prošlo je po 2-3 cm sa gornjeg dijela tijela (mada i dalje nedovoljno !! ),al je težina i dalje na istom (š68-š70/65)... bumo vidli dalje sad muku mucit s prehranom i dalje prolijevat znoj p.s. isprike na podizanju teme iz prašine Edited by evica |
