Pozz svima Završilo ljeto i brle opet napada. Trenutacno sam 180cm i 72 kg ( smanjio 2 kg na maturalcu ). Cilj : povecanje mase , nauciti single leg squat , snatch i windmill sa kb-om Molim vas da mi prokomentirate trening, jer sam njab , a prehranu cu staviti Pon. A Diamond+normal+wide push ups B1 military press B2 chin ups C1 squat with kb C2 single leg glute bridges D1 hanging knee raises D2 plank Uto. A tgu B1 floor press B2 pull ups C1 goblet squat C2 single leg DL D1 swing D2 plank Pet. A spartan push ups B1 clean & press B2 row with kb C1 lunges with one kb C2 single leg glute bridges D1 plank D2 burpees |
