Eto vec prilicno dugo treniran, od HIITA, utega, borilackih, recimo nekih 2 mjeseca konstantnog treninga, sa pauzom u sub i ned. Pa me zanima da li ce tijelu dobro doci jedna pauza od tjedan dana, da se malo sve opusti, i onda krecem dalje, |

Svaka 2 mjeseca se preporuca pauza u trajanju od 5-7 dana.. upravo citam o tome u knjizi od Tom Venuto-a..

Ma šta Venuto zna, ja sam u 2 i pol godine jedva tjedan dana pauze imala, a vid me, ko gromcina Ne znam baš dal je 2 mjeseca duži period...je li? Napravi ako te tijelo pita, valjda ti najbolje znaš

Naravno, i ja cesto griješim, da nebi ispalo da znam sve, samo baka je predavala hrvatski pa nas stalno ispravljala i ostala mi t kao navika :P

Ja radim pauze kad osjetim da je malo doslo do zamora materijala.
Ili je mozda dobra ideja malo olaksat treninge. Npr., dva tjedna bas laganih treninga: vijaca, malo sklekova i trbusnih i to izmiksat par puta. Cisto radi gušta ;) Edited by lakyberry |

pa ako se stvarno naporno trenira dobro je svaka 3- 4 tjedna napraviti deload week, znaci smanjiti volumen ili intenzitet treninga, ponekad i oboje, ali bolje volumen nego intenzitet :P Edited by Iluvatar |

Da vi se samo zajebavajte :P
Probajte, vi svi koji ste "ovisni" o nekim treniznima, probajte napraviti pauzu tjedan dana, samo se nemojte prežderavati jer to nece biti dobro...Vec 3-4ti dan bez treninga cete ludi, i tako cete u drugi tjedan krenuti sa vecim užitkom, tjelo obnovljeno, popravljeno..Ja to radim kad krecem na neki drugi stupanj, i mislim da je ok, zato pitam vas stare bildere :) |

Kao prvo, neznam da se tu itko može nazvati starim, a ni bilderom, lol Kao drugo, ja sam ti rekao, ne moraš me trenirati, samo samnjiš volumen |
