ne laži.... ;) Prvi put sam radila na toj spravi prošli tjedan..i pogodila sam hebacki gluteus medius.... mislim da ponekad neka izolacija nije loša... i da ništa nije iskljucivo.... |

Fuj to ![]() cucnjevima i varijacijama cucnjeva ceš pogodit ne samo medius nego kompletan gluteus+kvadove, ložu, erektore, trbušni zid, šta nije bolje 5uš nego potrošit npr. š0 min i odradit jedan dio gluteusa? ![]() |

Moje pitanje je bilo da li ukljucit abdukciju uz naravno
cucnjeve i iskorake? Nikad dovoljno gadjanja gluteusa.... Mislim da cu je ipak ubacit. |

Naravno da sam cuo, ali neceš slabe karike popravljati abdukcijom i adukcijom haha, si vidio ikad powerliftera da jaca slabu kariku kod cucnja na te 2 spravice? ![]() Aj dont tink so ![]() |

Patsy, probaj na latu, meni je to možda i najbolje za oblikovanje guze ak nisi tip za cucnjeve. Abduktori i tako mi se ne sviđaju i zbilja ih ne volim i ne vidim smisao previše.
Zakaci si sajlu s lata za gležanj, stavi par kila i možeš povlaciti nogu iza, bocno, staviti si klupicu pa u položaju "macke" povlaciti noge prema gore, ima puno varijacija. ![]() |

Ma radim ja i cucnjeve i iskorake s opterecenjem ali ne i
abdukciju. Prije sam radila je na crossu,na donjoj koloturi ali u zadnje vrijeme ne. Zanima me jel sta gubim ne radeci to. |
