Totalni sam pocetnik pa me zanima što znaci da vježbu treba raditi u ritmu npr 3-0-3.

npr. 3 sekunde je pozitivni dio pokreta - kontrakcija mišica (npr. dizanje)
       0 sekundi zadržavanje pokreta (staticki dio)
       3 negativni dio pokreta - opuštanje mišica (npr. spuštanje)

Ma kako ne!!!!! Smanji kilažu! Svi tako i tako pretjeruju s kilažom. Ja sve radim poprilicno sporo (osim guze ).
