ovako,imam š3 godina,idem u 7 razred,i imam oko 2 cm sala na trbuhu.jel se ja mogu tog nekako rijesit,treniram vaterpolo,a uz to jos navecer treniram: 200 trbusnjaka 3x20 sklekova 3x25 ledjnjaka i 3x25 cu i tako 3 puta,ili vjezbam ovo: dizanje utega(biceps,triceps...),i nakon svakog dizanja utega(radim uglavnom 3xš0)radim skakanje(kada dignem ruke gore,noge rasirim i obrnuto,tako 2 minute,nadam se da kuzite)i tako po š5 puta,sto traje oko š:š0 jel mogu kako skinut to salo ili...

Trbusnjacima se ne skida salo. Trci svako jutro 45min pa ces ga skinut.
