ajde i samo polako, zapamti da nema potrebe za žurenjem, neka ti 4-5 kg mjesecno bude maximum - znam da duže traje ali je zdravije, nije dobro ni prenaglo jer nam je cilj prvenstveno gubiti masne naslage, a ne vodu i mišice. Ali bit ce to super, samo nastavi onako papati, nemoj biti gladna i kreci se koliko je god više moguce

  cestitam..i ja jedva cekam da meni opet krene...ali ne mislim stat na vagu do nove godine....;) Samo ja sada osjetim da dobim pol kg i bez ikakve vage....;)) A dok gubim..manje osjetim....ali dobro..imam centimetar...;)

jucer sam se zeznula i zgriješila...sve sam ispovijedila u ispovjedaonici

ali nema veze..dalja sam nastavila sa istom prehranom a sutra pocinje i crobic.. ne gubim nadu

evo da ti se pridružim, i ja sam jedan dobar pizza cut drmnula sinoc oko šš - za snagu prije Urbana

jucer sam mislila da cu se zrušiti na vježbanju
preživjela sam ipak

kak je kondicija zeznuta stvar - prije par mjeseci sam bila super izdržljiva a sad jedva nekako ide

joj bila sam i ja u toj fazi  ma možeš slobodno i jednom na tjedan, 2 dana su ti malo premali razmak..ima tu puno oscilacija...
