Daklem, svaki dan sma u teretani, i treniram po jednu mišicnu grupu dnevno, zanim ame da li je trenutni raspored ok, ili bi bilo odbro to malo promijeniti: š. dan noge, 2. dan leđa + trbuh, 3. dan prsa, 4. dan ramena + ruke. i onda opet sve iznova. pauziram samo nedjelju. ili bi možda trebalo to rasporediti ovako: š. dan noge, 2 dan ramena, 3. dan leđa, 4. dan prsa.? Najbitnije su mi noge, pa prsa, ramena, trbuh, leđa... Danke. |
