nakon teretane ide vecera P+UH+povrce, a u ove druge dane slobodno samo P+M+povrce
skini app

i nije stvar u težini MO2 nego u balansu nutrijenata- P:M:UH, a ovdje imaš ako je voce i orašasti samo masti i uh..

Cezarice sto kazes na veceru integralni kruh , špinat i 2 pileca prsa velicine dlana svaki ?

izbor hrane je super, a sad sro se tice gramaze to
moras sam izracunati. znaci pileca prsa 100g cca 150kcal, spinat neka sica cca 25 kcal, integralni e to ovisi koji. velicina dlana opet moze bit cca 100g al
ako je deblje moze bit i vise. mogao bi pocet vagat :) sto se tice ulja na kojem se pece trebalo bi biti kokosovo jer podnosi veliku temp ili bez masti pa preliti maslinovim. opet uz ovakav rucak ja pojedem hrpu salate. vlakna vlakna ;)

sorkac , vecera uglavnom, uz svaki obrok i meduobrok jedem nesto od povrca jer nisam ljubitelj voca bad pa njega ugl jedem ujutro. salatu zacinim s limunom i maslinovim al nece te ubiti ni ocat iako je to u pravilu alkohol pa ga ja izbjegavam
