pozdrav..evo vec nekoliko dana gledam malo po forumu pa sam se odlucio prikljucit vam se.Tongue

imam 18 godina visok sam nekih 172 cm i danas tocno 70 kg.
Do prije mjesec dana sam imao nekih 75-78 kg i onda sam poceo vjezbat i pazit na prehranu sto zbog nadolazeceg ljeta sto zbog samog sebe da se osjecam bolje..Par puta sam pokusavao u zandnjih 2 3 godine vjezbat al bi me pustila volja vec nakon nekih tjedan dana max..sad vjezbam konstantno vec mjesec i nesto i nemogu prestat LOL nije proso jedan dan da nisam bar 15 20 min radio barem trbusnjake ili sklekove...cilj mi je doci do nekih <67 kg... Moj galebe kako ti sa prehranom stojis napisi. Ovdje kao pocetniku ne potrebno ti je svaki dan vjezbat....jer ces izgubit volju opet nakon nekog vremena

jer u mjesec dana 8 kila izgubiti je stvar gladovanja....ne vjerujem da ima reguliranu prehranu kako spada....cak 5 kila u mjesec dana mi je previše nekako....

sto se prehrane tice jedem normalno sve ko i do sad samo vise nejedem nista vani(hamburgeri pizze i ostale gluposi) pijem samo vodu tu i tamo neki sok mali ali potpuno izbacio gazirano

Pa ajd još nekako ali i dalje tek si poceo ne znam....kako ti prehrana stoji napiši znatiželjan sam kolicinski i to vježbe malo da nas uvedeš kako si došao do promjene inace svaka cast :)
