Prehrana nakon večernjeg treninga!

Pozdrav, ovo me pitanje muci vec duze vremena..
A to je, što jesti nakon večernjeg treninga?
Dakle, sa treningom krecem oko 18,19,20..
Trening se sastoji od istezanja, stabilizacije trupa, i vježbi snage. To traje oko 1sat i 15ak-20ak minuta.
Nakon toga, trcanje otprilike 45 min. ali intezivan tempo!
Nakon toga opet kratko istezanje, i onda tuš! :)
Sad, što jesti nakon tog treninga, jer mi trening završi najranije oko 20:30, a najkasnije oko 22.00-23.00??
