svejedno je.. cim ti jedeš nešto uz te ugljice, automatski ti to više nije isti GI.. tak da ako ne koristiš whey, obratiš pažnju na to da ti obrok prije treninga bude bliže treningu (nekih sat vremena prije treninga, a ne po 3 sata), i da ti taj kruti obrok nakon treninga isto bude što bliže.. that's it.. |

Bijeli kruh, kifle, opcenito sve od bijelog brašna, ja bih cak rekao i riža, zapravo, bilo koji ugljikohidrat ce dobro poslužiti, na krajeva krajeva, to nije ni toliko bitno, bitno je da imaš uh+p obrok ![]() |

![]() isprobaj grožđice, pa vidi.. mislim da su one nekako najbolja zamjena za glukozu.. ili, ovo što kaže soner - na kraju, nije ni toliko važno..možeš i rižu, rižine krekere... iako su grožđice od svega toga "najbrže".. |

U zadnje vrijeme tamanim grožđice s wheyom poslje treninga, mogu reci da mi je bolja opcija nego sa dexom nekako me više zaslade a i ne prođe samo kroz mene kako je soner napomenuo

A onda ok ak si otisla u krpe odma....mislim nije

ako vec jedeš tu kombinaciju... zašto ne popiješ whey u teretani..pa kad dođeš doma pojedeš posni i slanac? proci ce sigurno pol sata...
