Hvala na komplimentu,trudim se,ali nisam zadovoljna jos,imam premalo vremena,da bi ukomponirala treninge tako kao sto bi htjela i pripremala obroke po mojem JUS-u

![]() Pa cuj,za guzu radim najvise DL sa jednom nogom,glute bridgese sa utezima na trbuhu,cucnjeve sa opterecenjem i to najvise ATG,iskorake meet the queen..to je uglavnom to...iako mislim da to ovisi o genetici...no nisam sigurna...inace sam sad na focusu t25 u kombinaciji sa tim nekim mojim treninzima,ali nemam bas svaki put vremena na raspolagu ![]() |
