Ovako...
Trebam savjet koje vjezbe tj.koji dio tjejla radit koji dan? Jer kad npr radim prsa radi mi taj dan i triceps pa npr ako radim pra u pon pretpostavljam da onda nebi trebal radit triceps prije srijede...il se varam? Mogu radit 3-5 puta tjedno...ovisi kak ovo slozim... Uglavnom imam ovo... Kad radim ruke-znaci radim biceps i triceps kad radim prsa-(jos rade ramena i triceps) ramena-(trapezijus-triceps) leda-(biceps) noge-(donji dio leda) Naravno jos cu negdje ubacit 2x tjedno trbuh i listove... Gle, možeš trenirat split sistemom (leđa/biceps,
noge/ramen, prsa/triceps) upper/lower ili full body. Nađi si na netu neki takav program, pa ovdje postaj, netko ce ti iskomentirati |
