E ovako svima meni je poanta dobit prsa prije ljeta stoga imam jos oko 3 ili 4 mjeseca pa ono molim malo pomoci......Ovako imam Bucice od 5kg(samo to nemogu nista drugo nabavit)...Možete mi reci ovaj kako da nabildam....ako moze pomoc...I molim opistit svaku vjezbu ja sam amater pa ono neznam strucne izraze.....

pa s tim bucicama od 5kg se neces nista nabildat pogotovo u prsima jer je pre mala kilaza pa neznan ono mos ic ugradit silikone ili nabavi vise opreme i pogledaj malo po forumu š.link

niš od tih utega Stjepane :) odnosno, možda biš prvih par puta i osjetio nešto jer ti je novi podražaj ali inace š0 kg ni blizu nije kilaža za to što tebi treba :) e sad...rekla bih ti da radiš sklekove, bar dok ne nabaviš neku ozbiljniju opremu ili se uclaniš u teretanu ali ako želiš raditi na masi, oni ti nece bit dovoljni....treba ti željezo sreco ...eh, eto, pocinje ljetna groznica Edited by Gym_girl |

Pusti ti te fore, salo nije mišic niti se može vježbom pretvoriti u mišic što god neki ljudi pricali! trebao bi nabaviti utege, ali i bodyweight vježbe ti ti pomogle dota, sve varijacije sklekova pogotovo! google is your friend pa javi kad nađeš nešto da pomognemo u odabiru |

znaci cilj bi tribala bit definicija ako se oces oblikovat,samo opet na definiciji se izgube kile a ti se oces nabildat u prsima.odluci! za nabildat prsa za pocetak bi sigurno nekih 50kg treba dizat u benchu pa uz napredak to povecavat.aj reci nan kolka ti je visina i tezina pa cemo vidit sta tu treba zapravo

je, samo tu nema šta za definirat kad još nije vježbao do sada, definicija podrazumijeva da ima nekih mišica ispod da, reci nam kolika ti je kilaža/visina pa da vidimo mi s kakvom to masom raspolažemo |

Nek nadje neku ogradu ili stalke i radi dipseve.. i sklekove izmedju tih stalaka.. tako ja doma imam stalke i na njima se odlicno mogu prsa pogodit, i jos uz to sklekomat
