...evo neznam dali je ova tema otvorena ,ali evo mene
zanima...inace obožavam jesti pudinge,vocne jogurte i
nesquik..znaima me smijem ih jesti a ako smijem u kojim
kolicinama? i jeli nessquik i ostale cokoladne pahuljice
prikladan dorucak?

Naravno da to nije prikladna prehrana... Prakticki samo ces
konzumirat secer.. Mi ovdje preferiramo zdravo prehranu, i time cinimo
uslugu svome tijelu, a ti kako hoces.. Nadam se da ces malo posvetit
vremena ovoj stranici i bacit se na citanje, pa ces pronaci o alternative
za dorucak

posvetila sam se citanju i nasla vec sta bih trebala jesti
za dorucak, ali me zanimalo smijeli se jesti

A cuj, svasta se smije.. Smijes ici i sad lupat glavom u zid, nitko ti ne
brani, ali sama znas da ce te boljet kasnije. Tako i kod takve
prehrane, smijes to jest, ali znas da to stvara masne naslage..
