Ako još i to nabije uz moguci višak kcal tokom dana, nije ništa napravila. Orašasti da, ali ako je sve uklopljeno u dnevni unos. Ta fora sa posnim i orašastima se stalno ponavlja bez obzira na to koliko je to nekome uopce potrebno, odnosno da li ima mjesta za to na kraju dana. S orašastima se lako zeznut i pretjerat, jer šaka može dogurat preko 200 kcal, a da ni ne osjetimo. Da ne spominjem da je nekome šaka samo uvod.

Aposlutno da neka vecerica, 17-18h je prerano za zadnji obrok (jedino ako ne ideš spavat poslije dnevnika tejchi Big smile) ali da je to sve ukomponirano u ukupne kcal i rasporedjeno tokom dana.


Pa naravno da je ukomponirano u ukupne kcal.. nisam ni mislio kao extra obrok, he he... uzmes 30g kikirikija (180kcal), 150-200g posnog (100-150 kcal) i to je vecera taman.

Je, to ti znaš ali mnogi to nece tako shvatit nego ce na unos do tada samo dodat još i ovo, i to pogotovo oni koji ni nemaju pojma koliko uopce unose.
