Razlika u sirovim i kuhanim žitaricama

Danas slažem prvi put u myfitnesspalu jelovnik i za kuhani i sirovi proso je potpuno drugi omjer svih nutrijenata...uglavnom kuhani ima skoro 3 puta manje ugljikohidrata...da li se stvarno kuhanjem gube neka svojstva ili je neka greška?

mozda zato kaj kad skuhas 100g neceg na kraju ispadne(bubam sad) 300g tog...il kad vazes vec kuhano,odmah vazes sirovu zitaricu+voda

ma da, ustvari je logicno, kad važeš sirovo trebaš manje grama, a kad važeš kuhano trebaš više grama da bi dobio istu gramažu UH. Uglavnom, neznam zašto mi za brokulu i povrce izabcuje isto- i raw i cooked ima isto uh na 100g..u biti veži sve sirovo i amen

voda, ljudi voda....pa i meso kad ga specete ima 50-ak g manje...nekad i više.....tako i ove žitarice kupe vodu, pogotovo riža...

a sorkac, bavila se tu s davorom pa mi cijelu pažnju zaokupio reci, sta te zanima s heljdom? mozes je praviti kao prilog mesu, kuhas je isto kao rizu, a mogu i slastice s njom, evo postavim sad jedan receptic od punjenja
