Ukusni su ti krekeri, no ne znam zaista kada bi ih jeo. Iza treninga obicno to ne jedem, eventualno za dorucak ili prije treninga u nekoj kombinaciji s posnim ili necim.
  

E tak neš slicno ti dođe 3kn u kauflandu, cak je skoro identicnog sastava i imaš 4, 5 vrsta.

Strašno kolko sam osjetljiv na pojacan unos, i ono doslovno osjetim i vidim kad pretjeram tak da ak mogu proc bez dodatnog unosa zašto ne tim više jer bih mogao imat genetsku predispoziciju za visok krvni tlak tako da i tu pazim kolko mogu. Viši unos natrija -> više povuceš vode -> posljedicno viši tlak

A kalij, buduci da nažalost nema više sezone rajcica koje sam tada tamanio ko blesav, pokušavam što više navuc iz drugih namirnica pa nekako uravnotežit odnos.

@kate - tak je svejedno.. ako se to jede kao neki pwm, treba paziti da ima vrlo malo masti... i naravno, ako želite pojesti više komada, uzeti ono što ima manje ugljica (ali ne manje ugljica na racun povecanja masti!)

@thorn - ahaaa... sorry, nisam mislila da je to zbog tlaka.. hehe znam ja kaj natrij radi, ne brini

a kalija isto imaš u svemu, npr. banane, krupmir, marelice, itd.. imaš izbor namirnica..

Ma sve ok Samo kažem, ako ne moram i ako imam izbora prilikom odabira namirnica, dakako da cu uzeti one s manjim % natrija, baš kao što si ti navela one rižine kolutove il krekere koji su bez soli. cisto takvo neko razmišljanje.

Banane obožavam i svaki dan ih jedem, krumpir kad se nađe na meniju isto, al svakodnevno udaram po kakao prahu i bademima, bar nešto kalija da se nađe

Dakako, sve ovo pada u vodu kad je junk u pitanju, onda mi ni cisterna vode ne pomaže
