Zanima me iskustvo djevojaka sa vježbama za ruke! U zadnje vrijeme mnogo pažnje posvecujem tome. ja koristim bucice od 0,5kg u toku crobika, i tegove od 3kg za vježbe. Da li je to dovoljno? Ne bih da pretjeram, ali ni da visi meso i koža
