Moguce da je insanity preveliko opterecenje za koljena, probaj teretanu + li cardio/neki drugi oblik cardia.

Je definitivno, pogotovo za moja koja su malo problematicna. Ali ga preporucujem onima koji nemaju takvih problema, odlican je za podizanje kondicije.

Ja nastavljam sa teretanom i cardiom (bicikla, traka i steper)...

  Sretno! Ja imam slican problem... Imam trkacku potkoljenicu zbog ravnih stopala. Znam kako ti je kad si nešto ufuraš i onda to nemožeš. Ja sam plakala što nemogu trcati... Ali treba se pomiriti s tim i naci drugu alternativu dok se bol ne smiri... Za koljena je jako dobro ojacati kvadriceps...

st-sasa, odlican napredak, ne znam izgled lica ( ma nije ni važno, u ovoj transformaciji)
ali  izgledaš nekoliko god. mlađe, samo nastavi SmileClap
kad ima volje ima i nacina
