Pozz, imam bucice 2x10 kg ,napravio sam podesivu bench klupicu i u izradi mi je sipka za bench + betonirani utezi pa me zanima dal cu moci samo sa ovom opremom da dobijem na misicnoj masi?

Naravno lega, sipka i utezi za sipku za bench, deadlift i cucanj, a bucice za ruke, to ti je to, samo trebas prehranu prilagoditi...
