Otvaram temu gdje cemo postavljati recepte za home made proteinske napitke / shakeove..

Svi vole napraviti ukusni shake od voca, wheya s okusom i posebnih dodataka po želji te od toga kreirati ukusni napitak.



Postavljajte svoje recepte, razmjenjujmo ukusne shakeove, da nam klopa bude što ukusnija, draža i da uživamo u tome! Tongue


Postaviti cu nekoliko recepata koje imamo mi na fitness.com.hr portalu:

cokoladni miks :

2/3 šalice proteinskog koncentrata sirutke
2 žlice kakao praha
2 kavene žlice fruktoze
2 šalice obranog mlijeka

Dobro izmiksati i servirati. Ovaj ukusni "proizvod" sadrži 320 kcal, 55 grama proteina, 3 grama masti, 18 grama ugljikohidrata.


Vocni miks - jagoda :

1/3 šalice proteinskog koncentrata sirutke
1 šalica vocnog jogurta (jagode)
1 šalica obranog mlijeka

Dobro izmiksati dok ne nastane pitka masa i servirati. Ovaj vocno-proteinski koncentrat sadrži : 360 kcal, 35 grama proteina, 2 grama masti i 50 grama ugljikohidrata.


Banana shake :

1/3 šalice proteinskog koncentrata sirutke
1 zrela banana srednje velicine narezana
2 kavene žlice fruktoze
1 i po šalica obranog mlijeka

Izmiksati dok ne nastane homogena pitka masa i servirati. Ova ukusna smjesa sadrži : 294 kcal, 35 grama proteina, 2 grama masti i 34 grama ugljikohidtrata.

Shake s posnim sirom:

Napravite u obliku shakea, sve namirnice u blender (mikser) i popijete.

500gr posnog sira
2dl vode
2 banane
2 narance
1 neko voce još po želji

Dobijete stvarno ukusnu vocnu salatu, a zapravo ste pojeli sir.



Davor 23 recepti - vocni shakeovi:

Sastojci za š vocni shake:

    * 1 svjeza marelica, narezana na komade
    * 1 salica komadica ananasa
    * 1 banana
    * 6 jagoda
    * 1 šalica obranog mlijeka

Stavite voce u blender i pomijesajte s ostalim sastojcima. Dobro izmiksajte te posluzite.

Sastojci za 2 vocni shake:

    * 1 kruska ociscena
    * 1 smrznuta banana
    * 1 salica smrznutog mijesanog bobicastog voca
    * 1 salica mlijeka
    * 1 cajna zlicica cimeta

Sve sastojke pomijesajte i stavite u blender. Miksajte dok masa ne postane glatka i posluzite hladno.

Sastojci za 3 vocni shake:

    * 1 jabuka, oguljena, ocišcena, narezana na komade
    * 2 breskve, ociscene, narezane na komade
    * 1 kruska, ociscena, narezana na komade

Izmiksajte voce u blenderu i posluzite s ledom.

Sastojci za 4 vocni shake:

    * bijelo grozdje
    * 1 zelena jabuka, oguljena, ociscena, narezana na komade
    * 1 limeta
    * 1 limun
    * malo svjezeg dzumbira
    * gazirana mineralna voda

Jabuku i dzumbir stavite u blender i malo promiksajte. Tada dodajte ostalo voce. Napunite pola case vocnom smjesom, a na to dodajte mineralnu vodu. Posluzite s ledom.

Illy-ev blog post - sadržaj:

Berry Blast shake

1. 3 dcl mlijeka
2. 1 mjerica whey proteina ili kazeina
3. 1 šalica smrznutog šumskog voca ( u svim vecim trgovinama imate smrznuto šumsko voce kao mješavinu po pristupacnoj cjeni )
4. 3 žlice zobenih

Sve sastojke osim šumskog voca stavite u mikser i miksajte oko š min, nakon toga dodajte šumsko voce te sve miksajte još jednu minutu! Izlijte sadržaj u cašu ili shaker i uživajte u svom novom, zdravom i ukusnom obroku :D!


Veggie Super shake



1. 3 mrkve
 2. 2 stabljike celera
 3. 1 režanj cešnjaka
 4. 1/2 šalice špinata
 5. 1/4 šalice peršina
 6. 1 mjerica proteina s okusom  po želji
 7. 1 žlica lanenih sjemenki

Stavite mrkvu, celer, cešnjak, špinat i peršin u sokovnik, ako treba razrijedite dobiveni sok sa hladnom vodom kako bi dobili jednu šalicu tekucine! Stavite sa ostalim namirnicama u mikser te miksajte jednu minutu, ako vam paše hladno, možete smiksati i nekoliko kockica leda! Uživajte :D


Apple pie shake



1. 1 šalica vode
2. 1 mjerica proteina s okusom vanilije
3. 3 žlice zobenih pahuljica
4. 1/2 šalice mješanih orašastih plodova
5. 1 oveca ili 2 manje jabuke, samo izvadite sredinu
6. 1/2 šalice do šalice jogurta
7. 2 prstohvata cimeta

Stavite sve osim jabuke i orašastih plodova u mikser te miksajte jednu minutu, nakon toga dodajte jabuku i orašaste plodove te miksajte još minutu! Vaš shake je spreman za konzumaciju.

evo moj najdraži:VOcE PO ŽELJI (meni je najdraže sa bananom), 150 g posnog, 3 dcl mlijeka, š dcl jogurta, šaka badema, 2 Grancereale, 1/2 mjerice Wheya - sve doooobro izmiksati, a pred kraj dodati kockice leda pa kratko miksati dok se led ne razmrvi

prvo da kažem, ODLIcNA TEMA
I like very much

drugo, evo 'recepta' za shake kojeg napravim bratu koji ima 2x dnevno trening košarke, ali mu ja tu i tamo znam popiti pola

3dcl mlijeka (2,8%m.m.)
1 velika banana
2-3 bjelanjka
žlicica cimeta
sad, ja u to još dodam nekog voca kojeg imam u fridju (ovisno o god. dobu tako?er)
ugl stavim jedno od ovih voca:  kivi, jabuka, ananas, marelica, breskva

on je mladi profi sportaš, šta mislite jeli mu ok ovaj shake?
nekoristi još one whey proteine, ali dok mu nenabavimo to, mislim da su mu bjelanjci ok

ja obožavam shakeove, i kad sam u žurbi, nemam vremena ujutro pojesti, nabrzinu si izmiksam dvije vocke koje imam doma, najcešce je to banana, jabuka i naranca, dodam dvije žlice posnog i tri žlice zobenih..kad nemam posni stavim jogurt, ugl ono kaj imam doma miksam :)mljac....mogla bi to jesti cijeli dan :)

I'm 23 yrs old and weighs 62.My daughter is 11months old. Now I'm planning to buy a fitness equipment to reduce my weight.I want to tone and get shape.So can you suggest me a fitness equipment which would give full body work out.
I came through some equipments which are kind of 4 in 1 or 6 in 1.Are those things are good to use.

dakle
 
1 mjerica whey-a (standard gold cookies) 1mjerica=30g  
180g o,9%m m jogurta
1 mala žlica cimeta
par kapi stevije
150g borovnica
 
 
sve izmiksat, smrznut na 1h
 
i eto zdravog sladoleda ili ak ne smrznete onda shakea
 
cca 250kcal

evo ja sam jucer napravila shake od posnog, banane i dvije kruške, dodala 1 dcl mlijeka da razrijedim malo.. prefino..
e, sad mene zanima jel to okej za jesti poslije treninga ? s time da mi je to zadnji obrok u danu.. dakle vježbam od 7-8i nekaj sitnog, otuširam se, spremim to i oko pol 9 papam.. ? ne znam jel sam u dobroj temi to pitala Embarrassed
