ja sam ih baš jucer malo probao nakon duže vremena(buraz mi zauzeo bench) i napravio 30 u prvoj seriji,mogao sam i više al meni je to predosadno pa sam stao.inace prekrasno napumpaju prsa i ruke .mislim da cu ih odsad radit ,samo s nekakvom torbom s utezima. stavit cu u torbu toliko utega da mogu napravit nekih š0 ponavljanja po seriji |

Pa ponavljam, nije bitno koliko si težak, bitno je koliko si snažan Pogledaj malo ljude po teretani, kolko njih je lakše od mene a tu su negdje moje visine pa jedva par komada izvuku ako i tolko |

Ja uvijek sebi zadam cilj:
š00 sklekova u š5 minuta... I onda idem, pumpam koliko mogu maksimalno u jednoj seriji... Jako cesto odem i preko š00... I poslije toga samo tako osjetim prsa i triceps kako se napune krvi ![]() |

Vjerojatno se može...ali kako ih radi se...to je vec drugi par rukava... vježbanjem (ako je nepravilno) možeš napravitiviše štete nego koristi...a oporavak jako dugo traje kad dođe do ozljeda... stoga ne raditi gluposti ![]() |
