  Trebalo bi pripaziti na vježbanje u teretani ukoliko imaš skoliozu. Sve što se radi s utezima iznad ramena nastoj izbjegavat.
Također kod vježbanja lumbalnog dijela leđa izbjegavaj hiperekstanziju. Progooglaj pa ceš naci jako zanimljivih vježbica za leđa koje se rade na podu  i bezopasne su.
