Gle, prvo moraš uzeti u obzir da je pitanje postavila - cura - i da muški tu nemaju pravo glasa ![]() A s druge strane - naravno da ceš potrošiti više kalorija, ali ako ti otkucaji srca pređu preko 75% od apsolutnih otkucaja, onda crobni trening prelazi u ancrobni. |
