bog. nedugo sam poceo s teretanom .imam 80.kg visina 181 .nakon treninga jako ogladnim sto mi preporucujete ?inace sam na laganijoj prehrani i dijetalnim proizvodima radi kronicne bolesti.. hvala na savjetima

pozdrav i tebi. Nakon treninga svakako dobro jedi, najbolje neki ugljikohidrat tipa neka žitarica (npr. riza) + neki protein npr. meso ili sir. Sto podrazumjevas pod laganijom i dijetnom ishranom? krenio si u teratanu, s kojim ciljem?

bog.fala na savjetu. pod laganijom prehrnom smatram ribu na sve nacine.piletina puretina tj.svo bjelo meso. riza blitva tikvice sve bez suga ,sojino mljeko vrhnje os soje itd. acidofol .bio aktiv posni sirevi tu i tamo si priustim cokoladu..uglavnom to je to..
cilj mi je definirat tjelo i odrzavati sad imam male naslage na trbuhu i volio bih tu vidit rezultate , znam da treba vremena ali volje imam..
