Molim vas za pomoc, odnosno da mi kažete jesam li dobro shvatila. citala sam ovaj clanak (https://www.fitness.com.hr/mrsavljenje/savjeti/Masno-tkivo.aspx), e sad. Znaci, imam 6š kg, š67cm, 2š g. BMR mi je š449 kcal, a TDEE je 2500 kcal. U clanku piše da od uobicajenog broja kalorija oduzimam š000, da li se to odnosi na TDEE, ili se nešto drugo racuna? Po tome bi 3 dana unosila š500 kcal, a cetvrti 2500. Hvala unaprijed na odgovoru

Tako je, odnosi se na TDEE. Sve si ok shvatila, cetvrti dan barem 2500 nikako manje, i po mogucnosti bez masti, više iz UH. I vježbaj ;)
