Bavim se savate boxom i zanima me što jesti prije i poslje treninga , pa vas molim nekoliko jednostavnih recepata .

Pa nema tu previse filozofije.. 60-90min prije treninga mozes zobene i posni sir ili riza, pasta itd s mesom, ili sendvic s s mesom, a nakon treninga jogurt :)

ma to mislim neposredno nakon treninga, dok se osoba jos nije ni otusirala.. he he... nekih pol litre jogurta :) i nakon sat vremena opet neki kompleksni UH i proteine..
