Kužim pitanje, jer recimo kad krenem jesti blitvu s krumpirom od jucer,
mama se uvijek dere da nikako ne jedem krumpir e sad, je li to neka
narodna legenda, ne znam, ali ja ga jedem samo isti dan. Bolje skuhaj manju
kolicinu 2 dana zaredom, uvijek je bolje jesti svježe...

Urbana legenda, šta drugo. A takvih ima mali milijun, za svaki dio života, pa tako i prehrane...

  koliko znam krumpir se ne bi smio podgrijavat... a sad jest ga hladnog drugi dan, mislim da je to bljak... zato ne bit ljen i skuhat si novi krumpir ako ga misliš jest...

krumpir brijem da možeš podgrijavat, iako ne znam jel preporucljivo zbog moguceg sadržaja solanina, a špinat se ne preporuca podgrijavat zbog toga kaj se u špinatu nalaze, (ne mogu se sjetiti, jedna vrsta spoja), pa podgrijavanjem ti spojevi mogu postati toksini
