evo pošto pokušavam raditi na masi i trebao bih povecati unos UH , a nestalo mi je mašte zanima me koji je vaš izvor uh osim naravno onih uobicajenih(riža i tjestenina).

ujutro š00g zobenih
odmah nakon treninga mozes i krumpir.. pa ako recimo stavis 300g sirove paste.. to ti je dosta.. uz dorucak od š00g zobi.. ja sam znao za rucak po 500g paste i 500g mesa. |
