Nadam se da ste dobri s engleskim..

Naišao sam na zanimljve linkove gdje Miloš šarcev (IFBB) objašnjava prehranu i nacin konzumacije i tu u VIDEO prilozima.

evo njega odma sa krajnjim primjerom  

vraga mu maloga, mislila sam na to da je korisno poslušati kako tijelo funkcionira (pogotovo kod premalog unosa hrane) i kako tempirati unos određenih namirnica (pogotovo UH) - valjda su ljudi dovoljno pametni da se ne bace na 500 g P...sad se ti ulovio toga hehe, a to je tu najmanje bitno, znamo svi da se tako ne može izgledat tek tako...
