ej ekipa.
evo krenilo je i ovo natjecanje koje se vec neko vrime priprema.

na forumu sam skoro godinu dana,tocnije od š9.ozujaka 2009.

zoven se Ante.iman 2š godinu.zavren kuhar,vec 3 sezone rada,sad ce i cetvrta.moj posal je dosta tezak i zahtjevan jer nije lako stat na nogama š0ak sati. ponekad temperatura se krece oko 50 stupnjeva a stalno si u pokretu i triba to izdrzat,ali covik se navinke na tezak rad pa tako i na treninge.

prvi susret s utezima san ima u prvom srednje kad san poceja malo ruke jacat s bucicama.ali to bi nekad diza pa nekad ne i tako.ali prije nekih godinu dana san se odlucija malo vise aktivirat u vezi toga i otad ne stajen.jedva cekan svaki trening jer mi to daje ono nesto.

na ovo san se natjecanje prijavija jer san stalno na ovom forumu i zelin uz pomoc onih koji znaju vise od mene doc do cilja. cilj mi je definicija.u zadnjih par miseci san š0kg mase dobija sad je vrime to definirat. ova slika na avataru je sa nekih 76-77kg.radne navike iman,prehrana sredjena,zeljezo u teretani ceka i idemo

.nije bitno pobjedit,ali nije bitno ni samo sudjelovat bitno je dat svoj maksimum i sta bude.

 evo prva 3 dana prosla .radim se po upper lower principu i iako manje radin po misicima nego prije upalili su se,sta nisu bas u zadnjih 20ak dana ,znaci dobro su radili.danas je i prvi kardio pa umra san š5ak minuta HIIT i jos š0ak minuta hodanja ubilo me.eto da malo napisen o pocecima

Samo piši.. svi ocekujemo lagani report od vas.. da vidimo kako ide i kako napredujete.. kolike su mišicne upale i da li sve djeluje..

 nisu velike misicne upale ali posto san aktivan ni ne ocekujen,upale su manje al opet upale
