Molim vas reciti mi kojim redoslijedom viježbatzi,znaci kojim redoslijedom vjezbati
npr:(prsa,biceps,triceps,ramena,podlaktica,trbuh,natkoljenic a,nožni biceps,list)...ovi misici kako idu po redu,ako radim trening za cijelo tijelo |
